What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company and message.
When you order in the online shop: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, tax ID if you give one, the delivery address and the order itself. Card payments happen on Stripe's own pages; we never see your card number.
What any web server keeps for a short time to run safely: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, confirm and deliver your order, issue the tax invoice the law requires us to keep, and contact you about that order. We do not sell your data and we send no marketing you have not asked for.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and the shop, Stripe processes payments, and Neon stores our accounting database. Each handles data only to provide that service. Nothing goes to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Orders, invoices and receipts: as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires, at least five years. Contact messages: until your enquiry is settled, at most two years.
Cookies and storage on your device
The site stores the following; the first three are needed for it to work, the last only with your consent.

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@andamanfbs.com or call +66 81-719-5855; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
